We've just purchased an amazing new mare!
Athena Divina is a 16.2 imported Oldenburg by Argentinus, out of a Drosselklang II mare. Based on her Performance Test scores and her bloodlines, she was entered into the Hannoverian Main Mare Book, and was also selected to participate in the North American Hannoverian Jumper Breeding Program. Athena is the half sister of Serena, the 2006 Young Jumper Champion for the Western League Finals as a 5-Year-Old. Our goal is to show her in the Derbies for now, but eventually to add her to our broodmare string. It's a tremendous opportunity to come across a mare of this quality, with these bloodlines- can't wait to see her babies!

| SPS WALLIS |
We've been lucky enough to acquire a fantastic new broodmare, SPS Wallis, by the legend Weltmeyer, out of a Rubenstein mare! In Germany, she produced two fillies by Hohenstein, both of which have gone onto acheive SPS status, and one of whom has produced two foals sold in the Hanoverian Elite Auction. All of her foals to date have been Premium.
She's in foal to Banderas for 2012. Banderas is the first son of Balou du Rouet to stand in North America, and he received almost all 9's and 10's in his 70 day stallion test, including for Character, Temperment, Free Jumping, and Stadium Jumping. This foal should be an incredible athlete for the big hunter ring! |

ARACONDA
 
This wonderful 16.2 grey mare is an imported Baden-Wurttemberg, with a pedigree boasting some of the biggest names in top level show jumping - Accord II, Columbus, Cento, Grannus, and Capital! This girl was bred to jump, and has proven herself in the Grand Prix ring. This mare is a FULL sister to Antares F, McClain Ward's current top mount, who just won the $250,000 Hampton Classic Grand Prix! |

REINA'S APRIL SHOWERS (Betsy) - RETIRED
Betsy is a 16.3 bay Trakahner mare by
Schoenfeld, out of a TB mare. She showed in the Junior Hunters back East,
and her full sister, Partly Cloudy, was well known at the top shows in the
country in the 3'6" divisions. I snapped her up as a top addition to our
broodmare band after her junior owner went to vet school, and wanted her
to enjoy a leisurly retirement! She has produced 100% Premium foals
for us, including Gratczi, A Little Romancze, and Ravenette.

PLATINA (Tina)
Tina is a 16.1 grey Hannoverian mare by Prinz Gaylord, out
of a Servus mare, Symphonie. She is a "10" mover and jumper, and has been
a broodmare most of her life due to her outstanding bloodlines. She
produced foals for Glenwood Farms and a private dressage breeder before I
jumped on the opportunity to utilize her sought-after old world jumping
lines! She has produced 100% Premium foals for us, including Patterson
Hood (PJ,) and Prophecy.
 
Platina is in foal to Bliss MF for 2012. Bliss is a young son of Balou du Rouet, out of an Argentinus mare. He received the highest free jumping score given on the stallion approval tour by the BWP. This is an exciting cross! |

 Liesl is a 16.2 bay Canadian Sport Horse by Eastern Ruler
(a Dutch stallion by G Ramiro Z,) out of a TB mare. She is a "10" mover
and jumper with tremendous power and scope that was originally sent to us
to sell when her owner ran into financial problems. She was Champion out
of over 20 entries in the Baby Green Division at the only 2 shows we took
her to, before we decided we needed her in our broodmare band! She has
produced 2 fabulous fillies, Chamonix and Carolina, that are already
winning on the line! |
